Pillar Structure: Refers to the main body's upright columnar design. Typically constructed from robust stainless steel (e.g., 304 grade), offering a modern, aesthetic appearance and enhanced durability/vandal resistance. The pillar houses the core control system, drive mechanism, and sensors.
Swing Gate Mechanism: Denotes the traffic barrier format. It incorporates one or more horizontally pivoting swing arms (also called wings or barriers). In the locked state, the arms close to form a barrier; when access is granted, the arms swing open rapidly (typically 90 degrees) to create a passageway.
Speed Gate Functionality: Emphasizes high-throughput pedestrian flow. These gates feature:
High-Speed Drive Motors: Enable rapid opening and closing of the swing arms.
High-Precision Sensors: Utilize infrared beams, light curtains, radar, or facial/object recognition to accurately detect pedestrian position, direction, and speed, ensuring fast response and safety (anti-pinch).
